Please read these terms and conditions (“terms”, “terms and conditions”) carefully before using the “service” operated by Ironstyles Ltd trading as Shadewell Blinds.
Conditions of Use
We will provide services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Specification of goods
It is your responsibility to check the order paperwork and report any discrepancies before production commences.
Should any discrepancies be noted by ourselves we will contact you before production and you will have an option to cancel.
Certain products require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of ordering.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the order form including vat at the current rate and this should be treated as your invoice and forms part of the terms of contract between ourselves.
An installation date will be arranged at the time of ordering or if that is not possible then within 10 days. Should you wish to alter the installation date then at least 48hours notice is required and a new date arranged.
All finished products remain the property of Ironstyles ltd until full payment is made.
Full payment is due on the day of installation. All blinds carry a minimum of 3 year guarantee. Please see Shadewell guarantee.
Your right to cancel
We offer a free measure and quotation service to ensure the best installation of our blinds. All our products are made to measure and are bespoke to your precise requirements. Once you place an order with us you enter into an agreement with us to accept and make payment for your bespoke blinds.
Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of ordering (within office hours 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9 – 3pm on Saturdays) If you contact us to cancel your order outside of the stated time frame, this will incur costs that you as a customer will be liable for and obliged to settle in full It is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want. We strongly recommend that you double-check your order to ensure that the products ordered are correct.
Any problems related in any way to products you purchase from us should in the first instance be reported to us and we shall endeavour to contact you with appropriate resolution within 3 days.
We will only supply blinds which conform to the child safety requirements of BS EN 13120.
The Safety Code does not apply to blinds fitted in commercial buildings where it is unlikely that a young child will come into contact with them.
